KINGSTON —Don't miss registration for the Sanborn Youth Soccer Spring Recreational season! Residents of Kingston, Newton and surrounding towns are invited to play. Walk-in registrations will be held on Sat., March 26 and Sat., April 2, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Swasey Gymnasium, on Main Street in Kingston. Boys and girls ages 4 (by June 19) through grade 8 are eligible to play. Games will be played on Sundays, from May 8 to June 19 (no games May 29).

The cost is $20.00 per player for 4-K (scatterball) and $25.00 per player for grades 1-8. SYSA will waive the fee for one child of anyone who volunteers as the primary coach of that child's team.

Mail-in registration forms are also available at Daigneault's Sports, Kingston and Newton Town Halls or may be downloaded from the SYSA website. Online registration is also available from the SYSA website. The deadline to register is April 10. There will be a $10.00 late fee for any applications that are received after the deadline. Get a head start on your summer plans. Soccer Camp will be held July 11-15. The cost is $50.00 per week for ages 4-5. There are two sessions. Session 1 will be held from 9:00-10:30 a.m. and session 2 is from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 noon. The cost is $100.00 per week for ages 6-12 (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.). There is an early registration incentive of ten-percent off each player registered by June 12. Each player's name will be entered into a raffle for free camp. There is also a Family discount of fifty-percent off third (and subsequent) sibling (applies to lowest price). There is a $50 stipend available for Host families.
