To the Editor:

I am honored to have served the Students, Staff, Leadership, and Communities of Fremont, Kingston, and Newton for two terms as 1 of 7 School Board Members.

During my tenure, my personal understanding of my individual role and my individual responsibility in Student Achievement, Fiscal Responsibility, School District Performance and Culture both as a Community Member and School Board member had grown exceptionally.

I want to thank you for being patient as I grew personally and professionally to serve our Communities in the best interest of increasing District Performance and Student Outcomes, while being Fiscally Responsible.

I want to congratulate all the new and returning elected school board officials including Jamie Fitzpatrick.

Furthermore, I want to express an exceptional amount of gratitude to our Communities in their supporting of the Teacher Contracts as well Hockey Program and Student Athletes.

As this challenging time of year comes to a close, there were so many who supported me and I want to thank you all. Thank you for being there for me, my family, each other, and more importantly for those who don’t know entirely your great efforts, tho’ are impacted by your exceptional doings. Thank you to all the volunteers and our public service teams too.

As a proud parent of students of Sanborn and life partner of a Teacher, I appreciate the time my family gave me to try and help give to us, our Communities as I too learned from each and every stakeholder.

Remember, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader."

Thank you and now onto other ways to help out and give back to my community.
