KINGSTON — By planting milkweed and other plants, you can help monarchs, bees and butterflies in your yard or community. Come get some seeds to plant before the ground freezes.
This special event will be held on Wed., October 23 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Kingston Community Library, 2 Library Lane.
Participants will learn about the different species of milkweed, their water/soil/sun requirements and how to plant them. Learn about other native wildflowers that support our pollinators. Bring your questions and any seeds you’d like to share (optional). Please register by emailing email@example.com.
