EXETER – Join Rose Bryant, seacoast artist, for a free acrylic painting demonstration on Fri., August 21, 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon, on the lawn at Divine Café and Grille, 50 Lincoln St. Exeter.

Bryant is known for her use of color and unburdened imagery. In this demonstration she will share tips about her approaches and decisions in creating. She will discuss the use of photography, the absence of color as an “inhibition buster”, as well as her technique for layering colors. Several of her canvasses will be on display in varying stages to illustrate her different approaches.

Bryant has a very easy nurturing style of instruction and believes that even the smallest adventure in creativity can open doors for greater self-understanding and accomplishment.

Gather new ideas and inspiration to improve or expand your own work. This demonstration is free and will be outdoors in light mist or shine. All are welcome. Bring a chair, a friend, and an umbrella (just in case). For the weather forecast on August 21st and to see Bryant’s style, go to www.rosebryant.blogspot.com. You can email her at rosebryant@earthlink.net for details about demonstrations for groups and festivals.
