KINGSTON — Tax season is upon us. Since the IRS no longer sends booklets to the library, we print off complementary copies of Tax forms for you. Forced to go online to do your taxes but need a computer? Then stop into the Nichols Library and use one of ours.

Only six weeks until the Grand Opening of your new library. Make sure you mark your calendars for May17-20 as we celebrate this exciting community event.

In order to pack up and move the contents of the Nichols building, the library will be closing for 2.5 weeks starting Mon., April 30. When our doors reopen at the new building, we will be ready to provide you with even more services than before. April Baby Tales will be held on Thurs., April 12 and 26 at 11:00 a.m. Join us with your little ones as we explore and have fun in a pretend world of Spring Baby Ducks.

More on the April agenda includes Wednesday Story Time (held weekly) at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We will be starting off with a holiday Roly-Poly Bean program. Join us as we paint and even make a bean stew.

During school vacation break at the end of the month, please be sure to sign up in advance for a Watercolor Workshop taking place on April 25 at 1:30 p.m. with instructor Ms. Nancy. Lessons are free of charge and promises to be fun as we learn different "colorful" techniques.
