MANCHESTER — The 37th annual NH Farm & Forest Expo, NH’s Greatest Winter Fair, has made a change to its title to reflect the important work the horticultural industry is doing throughout the state. The organization will now be referred to as the New Hampshire Farm, Forest, & Garden Expo.
The Expo provides information and education on all aspects of agriculture and forestry by bringing the state's horticulture into the mix. Together we share ideas and views on industry needs, while providing a fun and interesting venue for you to learn about these industries and their impact on lives in New Hampshire.
The founder sponsors of the event (University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, the NH Division of Forests & Lands and the NH Department of Agriculture, Markets & Food) would like to invite you to come and join in the fun. The event is open to the public. It features a trade-show with over 100 exhibitors, free educational workshops, many demonstrations, and farm animals.
The Expo will be held Fri., February 14 from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sat., February 15 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel (formerly the Radisson Hotel).
Tickets are $7.00 per person; kids under age 13 are free. Bring at least one canned good to benefit the New Hampshire Food Bank and get $1.00 off your ticket.
