KINGSTON — Kingston Lake Association will host a discussion to form a larger watershed area association and/or individual associations at their October 27 Board of Directors Meeting.
The Board of Directors of the Kingston Lake (Great Pond) Association, Inc. will meet on Wed., October 27, at 7 p.m. in the Media Conference Room at the Sanborn Regional High School at 17 Danville Road in Kingston. This will be an open meeting and anyone interested in the Association is welcome. Selected agenda items for this meeting will include: organizing the small group committees, reviewing the timeline for 2010-11 and forming a larger watershed organization. If you are interested in these topics or have other ideas you are more than welcome.
All residents from the various lakes in the area (Greenwood Lake, Long Pond, Half Moon Pond, Powwow Pond and Country Pond) are welcome for input into forming a great watershed association or creating their own individual associations. These water bodies have much in common and could all benefit from a larger watershed association. The first 30 minutes will be designated to discuss this topic. All KLA meetings are open to the public. If you would like more information on Kingston Lake (Great Pond) Association, contact Muriel Ingalls at 642-3156 or visit www.kingstonlakenh.com.
