Danville’s historical old meeting house was again opened to the public to participate in the annual Old Home Day celebration. In these views from the loft, Rev. W. David Thomas is pictured conducting the service, top left, and playing the antique organ is Judith Hunter. Maureen Eckel was the soloist for the event. The service was dedicated to the memory of Charles Churchill Strafford, who devoted many years to maintaining the antiquity of the structure.
