Groves teaches a variety of workshops and herbal series and writes about herbs and health for national and local publications. She has been working with herbs for more than a decade and has been formally educated by the country’s top herbalists. She currently coordinates the Wellness Educators for the Concord Cooperative Market to further introduce holistic self-care to the community.
