AMESBURY, MA — The Amesbury Carriage Museum invites you to an Afternoon with Abraham Lincoln on February 9, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Nicholas J. Costello Transportation Center, 68 Elm Street, Amesbury, MA.

Mr. Woods resides in Claremont, and he has been portraying Abraham Lincoln at historical societies, libraries, schools, and community events since 1995. In fact, he and his wife, Sharon, have been recognized by the association of Lincoln Presenters as the Best Abraham and Mary Lincoln Team for both 2003 and 2006. Since retiring from the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension after thirty years as an Extension Educator in Forest Resources, Mr. Woods has been devoting more time to his historical presentations of Abraham Lincoln.

What better way to celebrate Abraham Lincoln’s February 12th birthday then by enjoying a mid-Winter afternoon spent with him!

The cost is $5.00 per family, no charge for Amesbury Carriage Museum and Amesbury Senior Center members.
