The library is open for business Mondays-Tuesdays-Fridays, 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. — 1:00 p.m. Curbside service is available. Public computers are available for a one-hour limit per day – please plan accordingly. Please note that face masks are optional for those who are vaccinated. Parents, masks for your children are at your discretion.

Yoga: We have options for Yoga! You can do the Online Yoga class with Sybil on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. and/or Afternoon Yoga In-Person with Amanda here at 4:30 p.m. on Mondays. Do one, some, or all! Please see our Events page for more information.

Knitting Club for ages 10-99 is back and meets December 1, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. Please bring a pair of size 9 knitting needles. Beginners are welcome! This group meets every other week.

Thanksgiving – The Library will close at 3:00 p.m. on November 24. The Library will be closed on Thurs., November 25 and Fri., November 26. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving! We have some beautiful Christmas themed (and some Fall themed) jigsaw puzzles on display that you can check out! Piece counts range from 400-1000. The puzzles are a nice way to take a moment to relax and they are also a great way to keep visiting relatives busy.

On December 2, we will have Up and Atom! STEAM Time – Rubber Band Cars for Grades 4-6 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. presented by UNH Cooperative Extension. As per UNH Cooperative Extension guidelines, masks will be required for this event. Please register for this program.

Fri., December 3 brings us Friday Flicks: Free Movie on the Big Screen with Popcorn and Surround Sound from 1:00-3:00 p.m. The movie title will be announced soon! Please register for this program.

Raven’s Weird Stuff! Concerned about cargo containers sitting on docks and ships waiting to be attended to? Are you worried this may impact your holiday shopping? Your local craftspeople and small businesses are here to the rescue! These businesses usually have items in stock and on hand. These businesses are smaller and can be in the smaller strip malls, are home businesses, or have small online stores. These include all kinds of shops, restaurants, salons, etc. Your friends and family probably know some great ones. When you support a small business that money stays local longer than if it went to a big box store. You get the awesome products you’re looking for and the money stays local. Win-Win!
