PLAISTOW — Our August Artists are some of the art students of Susan Kneeland. They are Tessa Porter, Rylee Samosette, Heather Ivas, Peilan Bedell, and Xandy Yattaw. These teenage artists have done a superb job and will be on display through August 30. Sue Sherman has loaned us her Ginny Doll collection for the case display. Do you have a collection of pretty much anything you would be willing to have on display here? Please contact Raven at techservices@plaistowlibrary.com if you do!

Gentle Yoga with Sybil is on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:15-10:15 a.m. thanks to the Friends of the Plaistow Library. There is a suggested donation of $5.00 per session which will benefit the Friends and be used towards museum passes, special programs and future events. Chair yoga is an option, too.

The Plaistow Public Library now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports by appointment only. For application forms, information on documentation required, fees, and a wealth of other passport and international travel information, visit the only official website for passport information – travel.state.gov.
