Tues., April 14 brings us Part 3 of “Matter Matters: Will You Be Financially Ready for Retirement” from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

The Book Club will meet Wed., April 15, from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. to discuss “George Washington’s Secret Six: The Spy Ring that Saved the American Revolution” by Brian Kilmeade. Ladies Night Out with the Recreation Department is from 6:30-9:00 p.m. and will include a DIY Herb Garden project. You must pre-register by Fri., April 10 for this event.

Visiting author MarcyKate Connolly will be discussing her book “Monstrous” with Rookie Readers in grades 3 and up on Thurs., April 16, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Come meet this new author!

On Thurs., April 16 from 6:30-8:00 p.m., author Janell Burley Hofmann presents “iRules: Parenting in a Tech-Obsessed World.” Join us for a frank and interactive talk on kids, technology, and slowing down our fast-paced tech lifestyle and help parents figure out when to unplug and how to stay in sync with the changing world of technology while teaching their children self-respect, integrity, and responsibility. Part of our Fit Families series sponsored by Core Physicians and Pinnacle Physical Therapy.

Fri., April 10: Busy Bears get down with their cute selves from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-2:00 p.m., Understanding Medicare is from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Sticky Stories for ages 5 and up is 4-4:45 p.m., and Pizza and Painting Party for ages 12 and up will be 5:00-7:30 p.m.

Sat., April 11: Game Time! is from 12:00-3:00 p.m., come play some classic board games!

Mon., April 13: Monday Munchies in YA is from 3:00-5:00 p.m., Fairy Houses for ages 8 and up will be from 4:00-5:00 p.m. – Come learn about Fairy Houses through stories and make a Fairy House of your own to take home!

Tues., April 14: Baby Bears are sweet from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Library Trustees meet from 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Crochet and Knit for ages 7 to adult is from 4:00-4:45 p.m.

Wed., April 15: Wiggly Walkers for ages 1-2 is from 9:30-10:00 a.m., Toddler Time runs 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-2:00 p.m., Cribbage is from 2:00-4:00 p.m., American Girl Doll Book Club for grades 3 and up meets 4:00-5:00 p.m., Open Play for ages 5 and up is from 5:00-7:00 p.m., and Ladies Night Out is back from 6:30-9:00 p.m.
