ATKINSON — Have you registered for summer reading? The sooner you register the sooner you can start obtaining raffle tickets! Have you acquired a summer concert brochure? Stop by and pick one up so you will be sure not to miss even one of the many fabulous groups that will be performing in our beautiful courtyard.

3D PRINTING: Toys In Box associates will give a short presentation about 3D printing. The participants will learn how a 3D printer works and then use Makerbot 3D printers to make a cute, small 3D object in multiple colors to take home for themselves. They will bring in at least 7 Makerbot Replicator2 3D printers to ensure everyone registered will get a chance to 3D print.

To accommodate as many youth as possible, we have to separate age groupings for this event on Tues., June 25. Youth ages 8-10 workshop time is from 6:00-7:00 PM, and t/weens ages 11 & up workshop is 7:00-8:00 PM. Please note that since these workshops are back to back and developmentally split, you should be prompt to assure that class time is productive for the youth and the instructors. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Preregistration for this event is limited to Kimball Library cardholders until three days beforehand.

This is a 'Universe Of Stories' summer reading event sponsored by The Friends of Kimball Library.

LOOK UP: Are you concerned that your children are too enamored with electronics? Do your kids keep asking if they can borrow your phone or iPad? Each participant will receive take-homes and will enter for a chance to win Canobie Lake Park passes! Unable to attend? Look for the 'Look Up” display in the Children’s Room created by Audrey.

Registration is limited so please sign children up early to avoid disappointment.
