BRENTWOOD —The Summer Reading Program begins with our drop-in Blast Off! Party on Mon., June 17 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Stop by to learn more, sign up for the SRP, do some crafts and games, and much more. We invite and encourage all residents and patrons to participate. This year's theme, " A Universe of Stories," celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission and there will be plenty of STEAM activities to keep us all busy. After signing up at the library, track your reading throughout the summer, enter raffles for prizes and enjoy our special programs. Do you want to feel smarter than a 5th grader? On Wed., June19 at 6:30 p.m., authors Hilary Kreisberg and Matthew Beyranevand will join us to talk about their now book, “Adding Parents to the Equation: Understanding Your Childs Elementary School Math”. This book talk is free and open to the pubic.

On Thurs., June 20 at 6:00 p.m., join us to create your own essential oil diffuser necklace pendant. All materials are provided. Please register ahead of time.
