HAMPSTEAD — The Knights of Columbus Council 9058 will prepare and serve their fantastic Chicken Parmesan Dinner with special entertainment on Sat., July 13, 5:00 p.m. at St. Anne’s Parish, 23 Emerson Avenue in Hampstead.
The homemade meal will consist of healthy portions of chicken parmesan served on a bed of ziti, covered with special Italian gravy, Italian bread, garlic bread, fresh garden salad, dessert, and beverage.
Entertainment will be provided by The Derry Aires Quartet, representing the Merrimack Valley A Cappella, a chorus in the Sweet Adelines International organization. Sweet Adelines International is a worldwide independent non-profit education association. It is one of the largest women’s singing organizations in the world, dedicated to educating women in the art of singing four-part a cappella harmony.
Merrimack Valley A Capella, based in Wilmington, MA, is an award-winning chorus that performs throughout the greater Boston area and southern New Hampshire. Founded in 1975, they are a non-profit organization with more than forty members. Eileen Gioe has been the director for sixteen years, and a member for many years before that! MVA’s members travel from twenty-seven different communities for weekly rehearsals. They focus on preparing high-quality performances that combine energetic visual presentation with exciting vocal harmony.
All for a mere $7.00 for adults, $3.00 for children.
