MANCHESTER — The Palace Theatre is pleased to present an Acoustic Grateful Dead Night with John Zevos and Friends on Sat., October 31, 7:30 p.m. at the Rex Theatre, 23 Amherst Street in Manchester.

Throughout their 30-year career, the Grateful Dead demonstrated their many influences in the music they wrote and performed. Although known by many for their electric improvisations, acoustic music was always a big part of their sound. This is evident on the studio albums, Workingman’s Dead and American Beauty, and the live albums Bear’s Choice and Reckoning. John Zevos and Friends (Diane Zevos, Charlie Windhausen, and Steve Forgione) have been performing this music around New England for over forty years. Come and hear them perform music from the aforementioned albums and other selections from the Grateful Dead’s live repertoire.

Tickets are $20.00. To purchase tickets, visit www.palacetheatre.org or call 603-668-5588.
