HAMPSTEAD — Once again several area religious leaders will offer a Service of Thanksgiving on Sunday afternoon before Thanksgiving Day. This year, however, it will be by means of a ZOOM session.

The service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sun., November 22.

Clerical participants include the Rev. Zachary Harmon, St. Christopher's Church, Hampstead; Rabbi Peter Levy, Etz Hayim Synagogue. It is based in Derry but serves the entire region; the Rev. Canon Mark Pearson, Trinity Church and New Creation Healing Center, Kingston, and also a state representative for Atkinson, Hampstead, Kingston, and Plaistow; the Rev. Jim Thomas, Atkinson Congregational Church; the Rev. David Yasenka, retired Lutheran Minister and President of Hampstead-based Isaiah 58 a ministry addressing basic needs for food, clothing, affordable housing, life skills training, and educational and personalized clinical support; and the Rev. Kathy Youzwak, Hampstead Congregational Church.

In order to get details on how to enter the ZOOM meeting, send an email to vicarstchristophers@gmail.com.

We encourage all area residents to join with us for familiar Thanksgiving hymns, Scripture readings and prayers.
