EAST KINGSTON — Dr. Kirk Smith of the Amesbury Animal Hospital and the Town of East Kingston will hold its Annual Rabies Clinic on Sat., April 24, from 12:00–2:00 p.m. at the East Kingston Town Office Building parking lot, 24 Depot Road.
A fee of $15.00 will be charged for each animal. Any domestic animal may be brought to the clinic but must be restrained by a leash or in a cage.
Please bring the pet's most recent proof of rabies certification so that a three-year vaccination can be offered. Otherwise, all vaccinations will cover a one-year period.
The Town Clerk's Office will also be open during this time to issue dog licenses to East Kingston residents.
East Kingston residents are reminded that April 30, 2021, was the deadline for dog owners to license their dogs with the Town Clerk. This applies to all dogs, three months and older. A certificate of rabies vaccination is required as well as proof of neutering/spaying.
