The 3.1-mile course has produced many personal records. It is a fun-filled day in Plaistow, with many booths set up around the town green with crafts, plants, games and food, including the Lions famous grilled sausages, and don’t forget to stay for the parade!
All Proceeds will go to the Plaistow Lions Power Pack Program, this is a great cause! The Power Pack program will put food in the hands of school children on Friday to carry them through the weekend, when otherwise they would get limited to no nourishment throughout the weekend. This will continue every Friday throughout the school year for these children. The Plaistow Lions will be working with the local schools and grocery stores to help kids in need.
