Lacrosse Leagues Forming

Southern Maine Lacrosse Leagues are excited to announce the latest news in a string of developments that has translated into one of the largest off season, recreational based lacrosse programs in the country. With over 1,200 players and counting in MA, NH, and Maine, from Kindergarten through College and beyond, North Shore Lacrosse, Inc., continues to offer the most comprehensive and professionally managed leagues found anywhere for all ages.

Beginning this June, the league will be offering a Boy’s and Girl’s High School league, Boy’s Middle School league, and K-5 Learn to Play program at Seacoast United’s Epping turf facilities.

Craig Roderick, a co-owner of the 11 year old league, noted the recent support of the local players, coaches, and parents over this year’s winter leagues in York, ME, as the springboard for jumping into this summer’s offerings. Says Roderick, “We have had a great relationship with Matt Glode and Ian Burgess at Seacoast United, and the local support of this area’s lacrosse pioneers have really allowed us to gain a foothold here. We will not let them down, and will continue to meet their demand by providing top notch facilities, top notch coaches, attention to detail, and a real value for their investment towards recreational lacrosse”.

Games will be on Monday evenings for all leagues, allowing players to attend to usual seacoast summer activities, such as annual jobs and of course, the beach. With Southern Maine Lacrosse, there is no reason why you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Beach by day, Lacrosse at night.
