Over-the- Hill League

HAMPSTEAD – In the fourth week of regular season play, Atkinson Graphics lost their first game of the year when they were inked by RAM printing 56-51. United Business Machines (UBM) jammed Century Copiers 47-38 and Hampstead Center Market disconnected the Whearty-less Small World Wireless 60-27.

RAM PRINTING 56 (3-1)

ATKINSON GRAPHICS 51 (3-1)

RAM was once again led by Ben Ruggles with 22 points including four 3-pointers! Gary Cebula and Craig Anderson both popped in 10 with two 3’s each, Joe Dzengeleski also dropped in 10 and great defense from Anthony Serino, Mike McConnell, Mike Rockwood and Jim White.

Atkinson was once again led by Sean Morrissey with 15, John Mayhew popped in 14, Bob Edwards slipped in 8 but dismal 4-10 from the free throw line, Mike Sandberg eased in 7, Ron Buccini added 5, Kevin Stanton 2 and good hustle from Jerry Kamitian and Bob Giordano.

UNITED BUSINESS MACHINES 47 (2-2)

CENTURY COPIERS 38 (1-3)

UBM was once again led by John Ganem with 19. Bob Clark jammed in 10 including perfect 6-6 from the line, Peter Sweet also added 10 including perfect 2-2 from the line, Gary Sonnenscham popped in 6, Ken Fure 2 and great defense from James Gardner, Dana Knowles and Howie Steadman.

Century was led by Ross Huntington with 12 including three 3’s. Rich Wells plunked in 11, John Keisling popped in 7 with nice 3-4 from the line, Dave Wojo dropped in 5, Mike Koutelis slipped in 3 and good hustle from rookie Kevin Bartolotta and veteran Ray Wilburn.

HAMPSTEAD MARKET 60 (3-1)

SMALL WORLD WIRELESS 27 (0-4)

Center Market was led by rookie Steve Ellis with 22 including two 3’s. Bill Fantini loafed in 14, Mike Desmond slipped in 11, Dennis Faino was in the paint with 6, Keith Capulli popped in 4, Dave Rowell added 3 and great defense from Mike Pierce.

Small World was led by Dave Youngblood with 10. Rick Leuchte happed in 6, Bob Dudal popped in 4 but dismal 2-8 from the line, Bill Chasse also added 4 but weak 0-2 from the line, Chad Dresser slipped in 3 and good hustle from Gerry Collins.
