SANDOWN – A new Karate session will begin on August 28 and run until September 20 at the Sandown Town Hall. Registration for the new session will be Thurs., August 23. If you miss registration, you can sign up on the first night of class. Karate Sessions run all year long.
Classes are being taught through Martial Arts for Everyone, a non-profit entity. Classes are still being instructed by the Varrato family, Black Belts in Shaolin Kempo Karate.
One of the main focuses for the children will be conflict resolution without the use of force in school and their everyday life. Adults are urged to take class with your children. It is a great way to bond with them.
The session price is $50.00 for children and $60.00 for adults. There is a family discount for more than one person in the family. Now accepting Visa, Master Card and Debit cards. Classes run every Tues. and Thurs. Class times are 4:15-5:15 p.m. for beginners, and from 5:15- 6:15 p.m. for advanced and adults.
