Kindergarten Classes

FREMONT — Kindergarten registration has begun at Ellis School for the 2013-2014 school year.

If you have a child who you would like to register for Kindergarten, please call or email Ms. Ford at kford@sau83.org/603-895-2511, ext. 105. Please note: Children must be five years old on or before September 30, 2013 in order to be eligible for kindergarten.

Ms. Ford will need the following information when you call/email: Child’s full name, gender, and date of birth; Parent’s names, address, and phone numbers; Parent’s email address for updates; Any known medical conditions; and any other concerns you may have

Kindergarten Parent Information Night will be held on Wed., March 21, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Ellis School Library.

Kindergarten screening appointments will be held later this year for all incoming kindergarten students for the 2013-2014 school year. Before that day the staff will need the following: A copy of your child’s current physical form, including immunizations records, from your child’s doctor; A copy of your child’s birth certificate; Proof of Fremont residency; Completed Registration packet (this can be picked up at Ellis School); A list of any known medical conditions that your child may have; and A list of any medications that will or may be taken while your child is at school (including Epipen, Inhalers, etc.).

He also leaves behind many loving family members.
