— The DJ Bakie Elementary School’s PTA has been busy planning events for the students and families of the Bakie Community. Watch for details that feature a Halloween Spooktacular on October 19, and the Bakie Bazaar on November 10. Local venders will love this event because it’s a chance to sell products to the community. There’s a Santa Breakfast on December 5 at the new high school, as well as a Book Fair and Yankee Candle fundraiser in December. Pictured above are members of the Bakie PTA.
