PLAISTOW - Timberlane Regional High School was selected as one of four New England Schools to showcase their current 21st century practices at the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendent (CAPPS) “Students at the Center” conference.
The presentation highlighted Timberlane’s progression and success in the areas of: school climate, freshman academy, co-teaching, differentiation, multiple pathways, and the integration of technology.
Representing Timberlane at the conference were Principal Donald Woodworth, Assistant Principal Mary Widman, Special Education Department Chair Ros Moriarty, Guidance Counselor Heather Roy and Special Education teacher leader Bill Mealey.
The group is part of the New England Secondary School Consortium and the League of Innovative Schools.
