NORTHWOOD – Looking for something to do over the Christmas Vacation with your children? An English Christmas Tea might be just the thing to have a special activity that both parent and child or mother and daughter, grandmother and granddaughter, or anyone can enjoy over the holidays.
The tea will be served at Chadbourn’s Restaurant, 261 first NH Turnpike Rte. 4, Northwood, on Mon., December 28, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Enjoy assorted English teas, scones, jams, tea sandwiches, cookies and savories along with story-telling and poetry readings by Layne Case, author of Charlie, Charlie and His New Friend and Inspirations From My Family & Friends. Children 4 and up are welcome to join parents, et al. for this special afternoon.
