Mary E. (Grynasiewski) Charest, 91

Sandown, NH — Mary E. (Grynasiewski) Charest, 91, died Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Theodore Charest.

Born in Amesbury, MA, she was the daughter of Emil and Caroline (Jarosz) Grynasiewski. She worked for Delaware Valley Corp for many years until her retirement. She was a communicant of Mary Queen of Peace in Salem, NH. In her free time, Mary enjoyed playing cards, polka dancing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mary is survived by a son, Joseph A. and his wife Carolyn Charest of Tullahoma, TN; two daughters, Joyce E. and her husband Walter Norton of Salem, NH and Susan C. and her husband John R. Feoli, Jr. of Sandown, NH; a nephew, Emile T. Charest of Hudson, NH, whom she raised; two sisters, Frances Batchelder of Kensington, NH and Helen Lannan of Kensington, NH; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother, Joseph Grena, and four sisters, Jane Piper, Sally Galary, Alice Huminick, and Thelma Verda.

ARRANGEMENTS: Friends will be warmly received on Sunday, August 26, 2012, from 2-6 P.M. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Monday morning at 11 o’clock at Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, NH. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s memory to the Sandown Fire and Rescue Department, 316 Main Street, Sandown, NH 03873. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is honored to serve this family.

    Ft. Gibson, OK — Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown passed away February 17, 2013, at her home in Ft. Gibson, Okla., after a brave battle with cancer. Kitty was born in Brentwood, N.H., on April 21, 1946, to the late Chester H. Clements and Catherine F. (Morse) Clements. She was raised in Kingston, N.H., and graduated from Sanborn Seminary. She lived for many years on Plum Island, Mass. While living on Plum Island, she was a columnist and photographer for The Daily News of Newburyport, as well as a school bus driver.

  • Ted "Teddy" Bolduc

    Fremont, N.H. — Ted “Teddy” Burleigh Bolduc, was born the youngest son of Phyllis and Joseph Bolduc Sr., on May 22, 1962. He died suddenly April 8, 2013, after a brief illness. Ted lived for most of his life in Fremont and Raymond. He was well known for his skills with heavy equipment and worked all his life in construction and excavation in the Fremont and Epping area. In addition to his work, he loved ice hockey, baseball, hunting, country music, and animals, especially his dog Finlay. He was very proud of, and also loved by, his very large family.
