James E, Pinksten

Sandown, NH — Surrounded by his loving wife and children, Jim passed away on Saturday, July 7 at Exeter Hospital following a long illness.

Jim worked for U.S. Gypsum Co. and Eastern Tool and Stamping Co. where he retired as Union President of Local IUE #263. He moved to Sandown, NH in 1996 where he led a rich and wonderful life enjoying his home by the lake, playing golf with friends, and especially enjoyed ballroom and square dancing with his wife Joan (Petricone) and their many friends all over New England.

Born and raised in Chelsea, MA, his parents were Ernest and Anna (O’Regan). Besides his loving wife, he will be deeply missed by his children Michael, Sharon, Steven and James Jr. and his step-children Donna and her husband Jim Gabriel, Michelle Proto and her fiancé Rich Mullins and Robert Proto, as well as his sister Hazel and her husband Bill Cordeau and brother Charlie Pinksten. Jim was predeceased by his brother Robert and sister Joan McCann. He lovingly embraced his eight grandchildren, Alanna, Erik, Michael, Jenna, Allison, Ryan, Brooke and Emma and many, many friends.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, from 4 to 8 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St. (Rt. 121A), Plaistow, NH. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 11:30 AM in the funeral home.

    Ft. Gibson, OK — Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown passed away February 17, 2013, at her home in Ft. Gibson, Okla., after a brave battle with cancer. Kitty was born in Brentwood, N.H., on April 21, 1946, to the late Chester H. Clements and Catherine F. (Morse) Clements. She was raised in Kingston, N.H., and graduated from Sanborn Seminary. She lived for many years on Plum Island, Mass. While living on Plum Island, she was a columnist and photographer for The Daily News of Newburyport, as well as a school bus driver.

  • Ted "Teddy" Bolduc

    Fremont, N.H. — Ted “Teddy” Burleigh Bolduc, was born the youngest son of Phyllis and Joseph Bolduc Sr., on May 22, 1962. He died suddenly April 8, 2013, after a brief illness. Ted lived for most of his life in Fremont and Raymond. He was well known for his skills with heavy equipment and worked all his life in construction and excavation in the Fremont and Epping area. In addition to his work, he loved ice hockey, baseball, hunting, country music, and animals, especially his dog Finlay. He was very proud of, and also loved by, his very large family.
