Floral City, Fla. — John Joseph Bilodeau, age 71, died February 3, 2013, at Citrus Memorial Hospital. John was born on November 30, 1941, in Salem, to the late Emile and Rose (Cormier) Bilodeau. He served our country in the U.S. Coast Guard. John was an electronics engineer and designer. He was an avid amateur radio operator with the call sign W1GAN. He was Catholic by faith.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 35 years, Letitia Bilodeau; his son Paul and his wife, Kelly, of Swampscott; daughter Michelle O'Nei, and her husband, Shawn, of Peabody; his brother Stephen and his wife, Madeline (Paddy), of Rotunda West, Fla.; stepdaughter Marilyn Johnson of North Carolina; grandchildren Carter, Morgan and Shawnna. He is also survived by his aunt, Theresa Rhodes of Newburyport. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Bilodeau, and his stepson, Willard Maker.
ARRANGEMENTS: A memorial Mass will be held at St. James Parish Chapel, 156 Federal St., Salem, on Thursday, February 21, at 12:05 p.m.
