E. Kingston, N.H. — William “Bud” Wagner, born in West Orange, N.J., son of Edward Burnap Wagner and Dorothy Day on December 12, 1930, died in his home, Easter Sunday, with his family around him.

An employee of General Mills upon graduation, he worked in the Albany, N.Y., area for a few years before moving to Northern New York. After marrying Audrey A.
