Brentwood, NH — Kevin Stephen Gearty, 60, of Brentwood, NH and formerly of Haverhill passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at his home after a three year battle with cancer. His loving wife of 16 years was by his side.
Kevin was born in Arlington, October 15, 1951 son of the late Harold and Ruth (Peabody) Gearty. Educated in the Billerica school system.
His survivors include his wife Bernadine (Festo) Gearty of Brentwood, NH, his siblings, Dennis Gearty of Plaistow, NH, Michael Gearty of Moultonborough, NH, Leslie Shumway of Allentown, NH, Richard Gearty of Manchester, NH, David Gearty of Lebanon, ME, Christopher Gearty of Haverhill, Phillip Gearty of Haverhill, a son Ralph Morgan of Lewiston, ME, and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours were held on Wednesday, June 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in All Saints Church, Haverhill. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
