Tracy L. (Olmstead) Danahy, 49

Kingston, NH — Tracy L. (Olmstead) Danahy, 49, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Merrimack Valley Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family, following a long illness.

Born in Berlin, NH and raised and educated in Gorham, NH she graduated from Gorham High School with the Class of 1981. She has been a resident of this area for the past 30 years and was last employed in the Human Resources Department at the Walmart Distribution Center. Tracy also worked for many years as a waitress and cook in local diners, notably Eggie’s Diner and the Newton Junction Variety lunch counter and was well known by her customers for her friendliness and wonderful sense of humor.

A stay at home mom for the last ten years, Tracy enjoyed being a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening, animals, and Old Orchard Beach.

She is survived by her husband of fourteen years, Kevin E. Danahy, and her son Ryan K. Danahy, of Kingston, her parents, Keith and “Molly” (LaForce) Olmstead of Gorham, her brother Randy Olmstead of Gorham and his companion Jessica of Derby, VT, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family wishes to thank the many family members, special friends and staff members of the medical facilities that helped to care for Tracy and comfort the family during her illness.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends called on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. Her funeral was held on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 9:30 AM from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at Saint Anne’s Church, Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH. Burial will take place in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery in Kingston. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Ovations for the Cure (www.ovationsforthecure.org), 251 W. Central Street, Suite 35, Natick, MA 01760.

    Ft. Gibson, OK — Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown passed away February 17, 2013, at her home in Ft. Gibson, Okla., after a brave battle with cancer. Kitty was born in Brentwood, N.H., on April 21, 1946, to the late Chester H. Clements and Catherine F. (Morse) Clements. She was raised in Kingston, N.H., and graduated from Sanborn Seminary. She lived for many years on Plum Island, Mass. While living on Plum Island, she was a columnist and photographer for The Daily News of Newburyport, as well as a school bus driver.

  • Ted "Teddy" Bolduc

    Fremont, N.H. — Ted “Teddy” Burleigh Bolduc, was born the youngest son of Phyllis and Joseph Bolduc Sr., on May 22, 1962. He died suddenly April 8, 2013, after a brief illness. Ted lived for most of his life in Fremont and Raymond. He was well known for his skills with heavy equipment and worked all his life in construction and excavation in the Fremont and Epping area. In addition to his work, he loved ice hockey, baseball, hunting, country music, and animals, especially his dog Finlay. He was very proud of, and also loved by, his very large family.
