EXETER — The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce presents the annual Holiday Open House on Thurs., December 1, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Bring the family to downtown Exeter at the bandstand for a festive evening of holiday cheer.

You won't want to miss the excitement when Santa arrives at 5:00 p.m. to magically turn on Exeter's holiday lights. Horse-drawn hay wagon rides, shopping at local stores and a variety of additional community events round out the evening: Additional events include: The Festival of Trees &and Auction to benefit the Chamber Children's Fund at the Exeter Town Hall, 11:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.,

Gingerbread House Contest and Display at the Congregational Church on Front St., 11:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., Holiday Bazaar (4:00 - 7:00 p.m.), and live nativity scene (4:00-5:30 p.m.) at the Congregational Church, Front St. In addition, the United Methodist Church choir will sing at the bandstand before Santa's arrival.
