PLAISTOW — Tai Chi is a slow-motion sequence which may help improve relaxation, health, longevity, balance, flexibility, strength, digestion, concentration, energy, immune function, and bone density. Combined with qigong gentle exercises, meditation and aroma-sound therapy. Class will be held for eight Thursdays, September 14 to November 9 (no class October 12), 6:30-7:45 p.m. at Timberlane Regional High School in Plaistow.
