---- — RAYMOND — U.S. Military Veteran’s M.C. - NH State Chapter presents their second annual Top Shooter competition. The event is hosted again this year by the Raymond Sportsman Club, Route 102, Raymond. The competition is scheduled for September 21 (’monsoon’ rain date September 22) and consists of 50 yard .22 caliber rifle iron sight matches in the following divisions: Legend, Senior, Women, and Open with prizes for the Top Shooter in each division.

From 8:00-10:00 a.m. take advantage of the optional practice shoots and gear up for the competition event that runs from 10:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The cost of $15.00 per person includes ten practice rounds and five qualifying rounds. Rounds may be purchased if you wanted to take advantage of the pre-competition practice shoots. Only those pre-registered will be guaranteed entry into the competition, so you are encouraged to pre-register online at, or call 603-783-6954. Some walk-ons may be permitted based on pre-registered no-shows, but the number of shooters must be capped at 200.

No alcoholic beverages will be permitted on club premises and food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Personal firearms are not permitted. All Rifles, ammunition, and targets are being provided courtesy of Riley’s Gun Shop, Hooksett.

All proceeds to benefit the Liberty House homeless Veterans shelter in Manchester. The U.S. Military Vets MC gives a special thanks to the Raymond Sportsman’s Club and Riley’s Gun Shop for their continued support for this worthwhile veterans shelter fundraiser.
