ATKINSON/HAMPSTEAD —Windfield Alloy, Inc. with support from the Towns of Atkinson and Hampstead are sponsoring a Recycling Day for used computer equipment, general electronics, white goods. and scrap metal. The event will be held on Sat., August 17, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at 2 Route 111 in Atkinson, headquarters to Windfield Alloy, Inc. Take advantage of this perfect opportunity to be rid of computers, monitors, printers, cables, mice, keyboards, refrigerators, dishwashers and televisions no longer in use while helping to promote a clean environment.
The following items will be accepted: Televisions and Monitors; Computers and Laptops; Misc. electronics (stereos, remote controls, telephones, etc.); All types of metal; White goods; Refrigerators ($10.00 per unit charge); Air Conditioners ($10.00 per unit charge). All units containing Freon will be recovered in an environmentally sound manner through the Windfield reclamation process.
