Ski/Board Sale

PLAISTOW — Ready for another great season of skiing and boarding? Have you outgrown your old equipment? Want to clear out your basement/attic of last year’s equipment? Looking to buy or upgrade your existing gear?

The Timberlane Ski Team will hold their annual Ski/Board Sale on Sat. November 17, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Timberlane Regional Middle School cafeteria. Get great equipment (new and used) without breaking the bank!

In addition to getting great buys from local area ski and board shops, the ski team will also be selling used equipment. If you are interested in selling your ski and snowboard gear and helping the ski team, this is your chance. Bring skis (shaped only), snowboards, and gear to sell on consignment to the TRMS cafeteria on Fri., November 16, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. You set the price. The ski team will take a twenty-five percent consignment fee, or you can donate the money to the Timberlane Ski Team.

Clear out your old gear, get outfitted for the upcoming season and help the TRSH Ski Team to success! Volunteers will be available to help with boot fitting and equipment sizing.

The team holds the sale to raise money to help offset the expenses incurred for training activities throughout the season. Join the TRHS Ski Team on the slopes for another fun season of skiing and boarding! For details, email TRHS.SkiBoosters@gmail.com.

    Ft. Gibson, OK — Catherine F. "Kitty" (Clements) Brown passed away February 17, 2013, at her home in Ft. Gibson, Okla., after a brave battle with cancer. Kitty was born in Brentwood, N.H., on April 21, 1946, to the late Chester H. Clements and Catherine F. (Morse) Clements. She was raised in Kingston, N.H., and graduated from Sanborn Seminary. She lived for many years on Plum Island, Mass. While living on Plum Island, she was a columnist and photographer for The Daily News of Newburyport, as well as a school bus driver.

  • Ted "Teddy" Bolduc

    Fremont, N.H. — Ted “Teddy” Burleigh Bolduc, was born the youngest son of Phyllis and Joseph Bolduc Sr., on May 22, 1962. He died suddenly April 8, 2013, after a brief illness. Ted lived for most of his life in Fremont and Raymond. He was well known for his skills with heavy equipment and worked all his life in construction and excavation in the Fremont and Epping area. In addition to his work, he loved ice hockey, baseball, hunting, country music, and animals, especially his dog Finlay. He was very proud of, and also loved by, his very large family.
