TRMS Senior Holiday Tea

PLAISTOW - The Timberlane Middle School PTSA is sponsoring the school’s annual Senior Citizens’ Tea on Sat., December 1, from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. This popular event welcomes senior citizens from the Timberlane District, whether they have family or friends in the middle school or not, to a holiday celebration.

The festivities include entertainment by middle school musical groups, decorations prepared by the children, refreshments prepared by PTSA members and members of the community and a festive atmosphere. Parents and teachers work to help set up, serve and clean up. Volunteers to help with the tea are needed. Guests will be presented with a small gift. Donations of small poinsettias for centerpieces on the tables would be appreciated. If you would like to get in the holiday mood by volunteering to help on the day of the tea, or are able to donate a poinsettia plant or donate mittens or hats to help others in need, please call the school at 382-7131. Senior citizens planning to attend the event are also asked to call the office to RSVP.

Parking spaces will be available out front and along the side of the middle school, near the cafeteria.
