EXETER – The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its 2nd annual Citizen of the Year awards. Citizen of the Year recognizes an individual who has dedicated their time, talent and energy in service to the residents of the Exeter Area.
Citizen of the Year is presented at the Business of the Year Awards Dinner that will take place in the spring.
This Award is presented to an individual who has made major contributions to the progress and betterment of the Exeter Area community, is living or working in the Exeter Area community and in the judgment of the selection committee, typifies the true spirit of service and self-sacrifice in representing the finest ideals of the Exeter Area.
Current members, officers, and directors of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce are not eligible to receive this award. Award will not be given posthumously.
Nominations are being accepted for Exeter Area Citizen of the Year Awards with a deadline of February 1, 2013.
