Volunteers Needed

Carriage Towne News

---- — KINGSTON —Calling all volunteers and members of the community to join with the members of the Kingston Lake Association (KLA) for the annual clean up of the Kingston State Park on Sat., May 17, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided.

For the past several years, KLA has partnered with the Adopt A Park Program through the NH Parks and Recreation Department. Hundreds of volunteer hours have been spent improving the grounds in the Park. Members have raked, picked up limbs and other debris, and cleaned the shoreline to make the Park ready for a new season. This effort gives the Park Manager and crew a head start on the summer. Everyone enjoys the Park during all the seasons. It is especially in need of cleaning in the spring.

Kingston State park is an important community resource. Please help make it beautiful once again. For more information, call Muriel Ingalls at 642-3156.
