SANDOWN — Have you had enough of winter? Do you need a reason to be silly and laugh? Sandown Recreation wants you to celebrate the arrival of spring on Thurs., March 28, at the Ed Garvey Recreation Facility on Pheasant Run Drive. Plan on lots of laughs, games, and socializing from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon. It’s the first “Let’s Make A Deal” senior event and your help is needed. Be sure to wear your Easter Bonnet or carry your Easter Basket. Be creative! Be silly! There will be games with springtime prizes, homemade gingerbread with whipped cream, coffee and tea and lots to laugh about. You’re bound to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones.
This event is free but space is limited. Registration for Sandown seniors only until March 20. The program will be opened to residents from other towns beginning March 21 on space available basis. Come alone or bring a friend. Pre-registration is required. There will be no walk-in registrations the day of event.
