HAVERHILL, MA - The Music Program at Northern Essex Community College is proud to present a free workshop in the art of piano playing by renowned music faculty member Christina Dietrich on Sun., April 7, at 4:00 p.m., in the technology center on the college’s Haverhill Campus, 100 Elliott St.
The purpose of this workshop is to give piano players of all abilities the chance to perform and learn in a cooperative group setting. Solo piano works and instrumental and vocal works with piano accompaniment of various levels of difficulty will be explored. Various aspects of piano performance and preparation will also be discussed. Students at all levels will benefit from attending these workshops.
