Networking and Golf
EXETER – Describing it as an event that combines a little networking with a little golf and whole lot of fun, the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that there will be two more chances to get “Linked Up” with Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce. The next dates are Mon., September 8 and Mon., October 6. The Chamber and the Exeter Country Club have teamed up to create this new and exciting event.
The low cost of $20.00 will get participants 9-holes of golf, refreshments, and the opportunity to network with other Exeter area business people. Additionally, prizes will be given away for contests such as closest to the pin and longest putt.
When people arrive at the course, they will be asked to drop a business card in the chamber hat. Teams will then be randomly chosen from the hat to give the opportunity to meet and play golf with new people each month.
The winning team from August’s “Linked Up” Mondays include: Gary Bellmore of Winsor Brook Property Advisors, Matt Romano of Ocean Bank, Patrick Skahan of FNX Radio, and John Wright of Circus Media Studio.
The Chamber will have the first tee reserved from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m., and ask that players arrive at the course by 4:30 p.m.
For more information on Linked-Up Mondays or to reserve a spot, please contact the Chamber at 772-2411.
