MANCHESTER —The UNH Master of Public Administration (MPA) Graduate Program is holding an Information Session on the Manchester Campus on Tues., July 2 at 4:30 p.m. Prospective students will have the opportunity to network with other public service professionals and learn about the MPA Program, as well as sit in on the first class, “The Art of Negotiation,” taught by Professor Terry Knowles, Assistant Director, Charitable Trusts, NH Attorney General’s Office. The session will be held in the Pandora Mill at 88 Commercial Street, Manchester.
Since 1963, the UNH MPA program has educated and trained individuals for public service and nonprofit management work in a variety of employment settings in New Hampshire and the region. As the only MPA degree program offered in the state, the program offers an appropriate mix of academic insight and real world experience to students as they explore and examine historical and current day issues faced by municipalities, state and federal governments, and nonprofit agencies.
The University of New Hampshire Graduate School Manchester Campus offers post-baccalaureate programs in applied professional fields. Centrally located in Manchester’s historic Millyard in the heart of the I-93 corridor, the Graduate School offers the expertise of University of New Hampshire faculty, contemporary curricula, modern educational facilities, convenient access, flexible schedules, and most important, a graduate degree from the University of New Hampshire, the state’s flagship public university.
