Cancer Benefit

KINGSTON — A cancer benefit will be held on Sat., November 16, at the VFW Post 1088 in Kingston. Doors open at 1:00 p.m. Come down and enjoy some music with a cash bar and take a chance to win over fifty raffle items donated from local businesses in support of local friend, Beth Castricone.

The VFW Post 1088 has graciously donated their beautiful function hall to The Friends of Beth in support of a benefit to raise money to help with the financial burdens of undergoing cancer treatments. Beth is the Bar Manager at the VFW Post in Kingston and is well known in the Kingston area as a hard working Veterans advocate. She is a Ladies Auxiliary Member that has climbed the chairs to become Ladies Auxiliary State of NH President, serving in 2006-2007. Beth has worked tirelessly for this local community as Bar Manager at the VFW and it is our turn to lend a helping hand. If everyone gives a little, we can raise a lot!

Raffles tickets will be available for sale from 1:00-6:00 p.m. The earlier you purchase tickets, the better your odds of winning when we begin pulling winners around 3:00 p.m. Come enjoy snacks, a cash bar, raffles, and games. There is no cover charge for this event, so stop by the VFW Post 1088 at 93 Route 125 in Kingston to help support a great Lady.

For further information, please see the VFW Post 1088 Facebook Page, or call the Post at 642-5510.
