STRATHAM - On Mon., March 11, at 7:00 p.m., the Stratham Historical Society and Stratham’s Wiggin Memorial Library will jointly sponsor a program by the Gundalow Company of Portsmouth, including displays and a power-point program, about the gundalows and their role in our rich maritime heritage.
The program will be held at the Community Room of the Stratham Fire Department, which is located behind the Historical Society’s building at the corner of Portsmouth Avenue and Winnicutt Road. A business meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m., before the presentation. The program, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., is free and open to the public. There is ample parking available. Light refreshments will be served. The snow date will be Mon., March l8. Please call the library at 772-4346 after 2:00 p.m., March 11th, for snow date confirmation.
