---- — STRATHAM - The Great Bay Discovery Center is pleased to have local photographer, Reid Bunker, as its first lecturer for the Brown Bag Lunch Series. The program will be held on Wed., January 23 (snow date the 25th), at 12 noon, in the Hugh Gregg Coastal Conservation Center, located on the grounds of the Discovery Center at 89 Depot Road on the Stratham/Greenland town line. The program is free and no registration is required so bring a sandwich and join us. Drinks and desserts are provided.

The slide show presentation represents 32 days and 9,000 miles through the southwestern part of the United States. Such places as Roswell, New Mexico, Chaco Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns, Biosphere II as well as parks in Utah, Colorado and Arizona are all represented.

Reid Bunker has lived and worked in New Hampshire all of his life and after 37 years as a banker in Hampton, he decided to pursue a career in outdoor photography. He and his wife, Dusty, traveled on two different occasions to the Southwest and to the Northwest where he took photographs of the National Parks. He participates in many fine art and craft shows throughout NH and Maine selling note cards and framed photographs. His images have appeared in corporate brochures, town report covers and a hardcover book titled, “Scenic New Hampshire”. He is a member of the Seacoast Artists Association and the NH Society of Photographic Artists.
