Help the Homeless

Carriage Towne News

---- — FREMONT/KINGSTON — Your help is needed to stuff Christmas stockings for homeless veterans on Sat., December 21, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at the Kingston Community Library.

The stockings were decorated by the children who visit the library.

Community members, businesses and dentists have donated toiletries to fill them.

Each stocking will be topped with a knitted or crocheted hat provided by the knitting clubs of the Fremont Public Library and the Kingston Community Library as well as individuals throughout the Seacoast area.

Fifty stockings will be stuffed and delivered to the homeless veterans serviced at the Liberty House in Manchester, and the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center in Haverhill, MA.

Thank you for joining this community effort that honors and supports our homeless veterans.
