BRENTWOOD — Pilgrim Church welcomes you to their first Community Dinner and Forum on Fri., April 5. This is an opportunity to bring the community together to discuss topics of interest to families. Volunteers will serve a spaghetti dinner from 5:30-6:30 p.m. At 6:45 p.m. Swasey School teacher Wilhelmina Bradley will speak on “Being Present With The Ones You Love - Bringing Balance to Busy Lives”. Participants will learn tools for reducing stress and distractions for families at home and at school.
When you’re not seeing Wilhelmina on her bicycle commuting to and from her third grade class, you will see her teaching on her yoga mat. She will share her thoughts on how we create our own reality and the importance of being in the present moment, with interactive discussion, Reiki and breathing and concentration exercises.
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations will help with planning. To reserve your space, please email email@example.com. Pilgrim Church is located at 197 Middle Road (111A) in Brentwood.
